Meet Our Founder
Hema Patel
BA (hons) Sociology, MSc Social Work
Hema is the founder of Social Work Solutions. She has extensive experience across various departments, including MASH, Assessment, Child in Need, Child Protection and Children in Care Services, having collaborated with numerous Local Authorities both within and outside of London.
Hema's passion for raising standards in social work practice led her to establish Social Work Solutions, a consultancy dedicated to supporting organisations in delivering the highest quality of care for children and families.
